I did not know that, thanks.

I bought a DJI mini 2 a year ago. Damn the prices have gone up. I paid just over $300.00 for the base package a year ago.

Here's a video review of the drone.

It was fairly easy to learn, is very staple platform.

Almost had a bad wreck, while testing it, I was using the GPS setting, I landed it, then I picked it up and moved it to the other side of the house. I took off again, shot a few pic's, then software detected it was time to preform the "go to home".

The unit started making a bee line for the original starting location, It was only at an alt of 20 feet, I knew it was going to hit the house or tree's.

I remembered reading in the manual, that if you take over with manual control it would cancel the RTH, I was able to save it.

Here's a few shots of the house. I'm glad the new roof turned out good, we had a shingle roof before the hurricane.

I earlier posted I went with the DJI Mini II, and the basic kit was just above $300.00. It did not have night vision. What did that set you back ?

Learning to destroy it, , I did not have my propeller guards attached to it. I did run into a tree and had to foot hunt it. It has a finders tone to help.

Also, my brothers dog (large golden doodle) cam out when I was low learning the controls and honing me technique. A Golden Doodle is a bird dog, . He ran for it and jumped at it, mouth open. I got it up and out of his way, but it was very close.

I haven't taken it up to it's full height yet, kind of scared. The latest shots are from 300 feet. If it loses connection from remote, it is programmed to return to home location.

A DJI Phantom III will met most of your requirements and should be available used for something near your price range. The camera is 4K and I have been flying mine for about three years.
