The wiring is a bit of a rat's nest, because the ribbon cable that I use to connect the breadboard is an old IDE cable and won't fit with the fan bracket. I was going for an EE degree back in the day, but it was taking too long (and difficult) so I opted for a CompSci instead. I skipped out on a lot of really fantastic courses that I've had to learn myself over the years.
