Home solar have more problems then leasing... Highlights:
Home Insurance can/have voided policies, raise fees, etc. for installing them. Example: Insurance companies dropping homeowners with solar panels in Florida NBC2 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ws7jEu9JxOA
Home I-co can limit Power from Solar too but can't find a link.
Many buy/rent solar on an old roof then find out cost thousands just to remove the panels causing contract problems too before any roofers will touch the house.
Many have New Roof w/ Warranty, have leak problems & Roof Warranty is Voided because they blame the Panel Installer for putting hundreds to thousands of holes in the roof + damage by walking on by them & other loads.

Plus many Vendors try to push way more panels then needed & more problems.
Having X panels that claim Y power on paper but Installed on Roofs get Tree shaded, pointed "wrong direction," etc that make only a Fraction of claim output.
Example: I-Team: Hidden cameras reveal dark side of solar power https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Lq1LlDMizc4

Maybe the solar companies could stream some little air bubbles around the batteries............

Companies are having to abandon sales targets as they realize the EV car market demand just isn't there.

...at what expense??

Sure we can suspense the CO2 in the oceans, but what happens to the oceans?? All these idiotic ideals that people come up with could simply be just as bad or worse. Dumping CO2 into the ocean is simple "sweeping" the problem under the carpet and let a future generation deal with it.

That's because the Equatic process converts the CO2 into chemically inert carbonate compounds that are already part and parcel of the world's oceans. No fish, whale or coral reef will ever even notice... "Like It Never Even Happened."

Again, what are the long terms effects, sure RIGHT now the ocean is absorbing CO2 as part of a natural process - but again, what happens when we start pumping it in? We are still upsetting the natural progressing of nature by forcing far more CO2 into it. No one thinks of long terms effects

It wasn't all that long ago where the environmentalists threw a big party when the switch was made from paper to plastic, only to get all up in arms about said plastic many years later. The world is full of examples like this - why all of a sudden this is different?

...anyways...

BTW, the BC government (and the Feds) is still allowing people to dumps crap load of garbage in the ocean. A lot of construction waste goes there (I know someone in the industry).
