Man, there's a lot crammed into that.
I mean, first... that shitting on the Netherlands. The country single-handedly brought Europe out of the dark ages from the city of Dodrecht through trade "encouragement" They created the stock exchange, corporate shares, and capitalism. And also... stroppwafles.
Second, he has no means to be able to afford a bot swarm to create any legitimate DDOS attack, and legally... all of the things he's sent to you in a PM would immediately get any law suit he might have had thrown out (even though your "business" is not large enough to be required to comply with specific data controller / data processor requirements).
