The facts of what I said don't change either Ron.
I specifically said that is NOT ILLEGAL to copy and use that card if it doesn't have a government seal on it.
That obviously means that you, me or anyone else can copy that card, delete the government seal on it and replace that seal with any NON-US GOVERNMENT SEAL or even the DISNEY logo, (provided that you're not violating trademark law by selling copies of your new "Disney Covid Card"), and you can print and proudly and LEGALLY display that card anywhere you please.
THERE IS NO FEDERAL LAW AGAINST CREATING YOUR OWN "COVID VACCINATION RECORD" ON A CARD YOU CARRY ON YOUR PERSON.
