Unless I'm reading it wrong, they're basically saying they're going to process them at the Canadian border. Effectively... it doesn't actually say they're shipping them up to Canada.
The BIGGEST problem I have with illegal immigration, is that the Democrats exploit them for the purpose of a political football. They want as many here as they can on the off chance they cheat in the election for the favor of the Democrats. Democrats don't actually care about them at all... not even slightly. They just use them for exploitation purposes.
