There are two kinds of music that get me stuck in the past for days at a time. One is anything with a fiddle and pedal steel and the other is Hot Tuna.

Hot Tuna began as a side project, an acoustic experiment for a couple of members of The Jefferson Airplane and has been one of my favorites since I was in high school. Jorma Kaukonen is one of my very favorite guitar players and Papa John Creach was a unique and inspirational fiddle player.
