A new 'McBroom' sweeps clean. 2020 election fraud claims. No fraud found in Michigan. (Page 1/1)

A long-awaited report on the 2020 election from a GOP-controlled Michigan Senate committee recommended that [Michigan] Attorney General Dana Nessel consider investigating individuals who pushed false [election fraud] claims [in order] "to raise money or publicity for their own ends."

The suggestion was among the most striking details of the [Michigan] Senate Oversight Committee's [summary] of a months-long examination of the [2020 U.S.] presidential election. The report was released Wednesday with its main author, [Michigan State Senator] Ed McBroom . . . saying he found "no evidence of widespread or systematic fraud," contradicting months of assertions from some members of his own party, including former President Donald Trump. . . .

"Michigan Senate [review] finds no voter fraud."

The report highlights the case of Antrim County in Michigan, which was singled out as "prime evidence of a nationwide conspiracy" by many of the individuals and groups that have promoted the idea of widespread fraud in the 2020 U.S. presidential election. The report explains why the allegations about Antrim County are fraudulent--fraudulent allegations of election fraud--and finds that the individuals and groups who promoted the allegations abou Antrim County have "zero credibility."

The "sweeps clean" title and his carefully edited quotes in his post are a bullshit distraction by our RESIDENT LEFTIST PROPAGANDIST

There are 2 major types of LIES

1. LIES of commission where the liar fabricates the story, or crucial parts of it, in order to deceive (lie).

2. LIES of omission where the liar intentionally omits portions of the story in order to deceive (lie)

There is more importance in what WAS found by the preliminary investigation than what wasn't found.

The Oversight Committee voted 3-1 Wednesday morning to adopt McBroom's report, which was described as an "initial" examination.

Only Sen. Jeff Irwin of Ann Arbor, the lone Democrat on the panel, opposed the report.

….the investigation found that there are "glaring issues that must be addressed" in state election law....

The committee recommended giving county clerks the ability to:

remove deceased voters from the Qualified Voter File,
opposed the mass mailing of absentee voter applications

and urged the Michigan Bureau of Elections to investigate possible partisan poll worker recruitment in Detroit and Wayne County.

(The report) called on Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson, a Democrat, to:

stop sending out unsolicited absentee ballot applications, which the committee describes as an act that allows for "vulnerabilities."

It also said Benson should begin the process of establishing "actual rules for examining and validating signatures" for absentee voting.

In a letter that accompanied the new report, McBroom said he is keeping a "close eye" on the audit of results in Arizona's Maricopa County.

"If genuine issues are shown in Arizona’s audit or from continued investigation here, I will not hesitate to ask the committee to consider recommending an audit or amending this report," McBroom wrote.

I don't think that's the entire "rest of the story."

I don't know how Democrats, and particularly the Democrats in Michigan are lining up, about each and every one of those proposals to change the way that elections are conducted in Michigan.

What other proposed changes to the elections are currently percolating in the Michigan state legislature?

The reaction I just had on the other thread also fits right here:

Politically Impotent Demorats in Michigan are "lining up"..... ON THE SIDELINES....

.... just like they have for THE LAST 30 YEARS

Governor "Witless" Whitmer is an aberration in Michigan, (like all of her comrade Leftists), not a "feature".

You LEFTISTS still haven't actually realized how laughably badly you did in the 2020 national elections.

Want to guess what that loud, fleshy, KERSLAP! you keep feeling across your LEFTIST cheek is?
