What do we Fiero enthusiasts think about the Infrastructure bill? (Page 1/7)

I personally, think it is a bunch of crap. If it passes on through I guess I will become a criminal as I will NOT be installing any kind of mileage tracking and or breathalyzer devices in ANY vehicles that I own.

I agree. The Biden regime doesn't give a dam what the American people want. They have other plans, debts to settle.

It is not an infrastructure bill any more than mask mandates are a health plan.

The tracker is already in cars with OBD2. The satellite link is all that is required to update your information. And a side note, OBD2 vehicles have had the technology to automatically send you a speeding ticket. Yes it can be disabled, but the odometer isn't fooled that easily when you are required to have an inspection (tax assessment). It gets even worse if the Government forces other agencies to report your mileage, like gas cards, tire purchases and maintenance for example. All of these sources can be used to assess your true "taxable" mileage. When they want your money, they find ways to get it. And it isn't even that hard to copy other States or Countries ideas for tracking and taking your money. The UK does vehicle chassis inspections like our smog checks. Just imagine a Federal vehicle safety inspection just to drive a car anywhere?

Like the "ghost" guns there will be "ghost" vehicles then. Can a tire store refuse to sell you tires if you don't provide a VIN? Time will tell. Individual states need to come up with legislature that will inhibit this bull$hit similar to sanctuary cities.

It's about money, if those States need money (if they spend irresponsibly like California) then they will get it from "sin taxes". A State may refuse to issue a valid plate or sticker for the plate if the mileage is not verified. There won't be that many "ghost cars" in California. A missing plate or sticker is a dead giveaway.
If the voters do not stand up to this threat, they will pay,...AND they will also pay the next "sin tax".

No? Not even a single dam? Not even one, in an infrastructure that's so big that all other infrastructures will go extinct?

At least there's one more online photographic image of a dam.

The problem is clearly the pork in the "bill". I don't see the Republicans protesting actual jobs from legitimate infrastructure projects. Some may even have a few they want in their own States. But this bill is a huge waste of money and amnesty through this bill is outright scandalous.

Neither did the Trump admin. Trump personally might have cared but did almost nothing for the American citizen. His admin was, 'All globalist. All the time.'

If I had to pay per mile I would have to quit my job.
