I'm calling this POLITICS, but of course, this is all BS.
So, a couple dead guys (so far) is worth it so long as you crank this out as fast as possible. There's no proof stainless steel is harmful.

Moderna to recall COVID-19 doses in Japan after stainless steel contaminants found

The contamination issue gained more attention after the health ministry said on Saturday that two men, aged 38 and 30, died in August within days of receiving their second Moderna doses. Each had received a dose from one of the suspended lots.

About 500,000 people have received shots from the three suspended Moderna batches,

They physically SAW “black things” floating in the vials. Imagine how many vaccines (of all types) have invisible impurities/contaminates…

I would venture a guess that more people have died in auto accidents driving to get a shot then died from the shot.

CORRECT

Stainless steel has been approved for a very long time both by USP (United States Pharmacopia) and the FDA even for use in long term / permanent human implant devices.

HOWEVER

If stainless steel, or any other material or substance, is discovered in a pharmaceutical or device that ISN'T supposed to have it , that product is legally considered ADULTERATED / CONTAMINATED by the USFDA and it is illegal to market it or use it in the treatment of patients.

Yeah, the article says, as I quoted, "There is no proof stainless steel is harmful." And it noted the implants constructed of stainless steel as evidence.

That insinuates there is no risk of the particles floating about your system. Maybe you can just inject a slab of it into you? BS. Obviously it's not harmless to have unconstrained foreign objects in the vials of experimental injections.

Nor is it approved or a good thing in approved vaccinations. Which is what we're talking about.

That was the proffered platitude, the malevolent mantra carelessly cast over a car that was recalled because it was going to kill us all. I still come across the occasional article that proclaims the Fiero as a glaring example of the worst ever offered by an American car maker.

It is in the next scene that Polonius says, "Though this be madness, yet there is method in't."
