There is no proof that unvaxed people are a threat to anyone, at least certainly less than vaxed people.

Just curious if PM Trudeau's Ministry of Health (or whatever it is) have data showing that unvaccinated nurses are spreading the virus? Any other countries have data?

He doesn't have any proof and neither does anyone else. Get the vaccine and never worry again, at least not as much. Vaxed people have nothing to fear for in unvaxed people. Unvaxed people can't spread something that they don't have. The vaxed do spread it just as much as a contagious unvaxed person.

Nursing homes have been hiring foreigners for a while. I believe they're contracted through staffing companies. A significant number of actual Africans are brought in.
If there were unanimous walkouts by all workers, there would be an immediate reversal of the policy.
