most nut-con's fear socialism
but have no idea what it really means
one example out there nut -con's mostly love the local cops
even get upset when they are called PIGS
but fail to understand the cops are one bit of socialism in action
military is yet an other nut-con beloved bit of socialism in action
local fire dept is also socialism in action
we can't have a modern society with out some socialism in it !

Education too. Social Security is another. Trash and fire coverage included in property taxes or not can be examples.
But nut-con is just some meaningless perjoritive phrase with one person defining it, which people immediately align against the person stating it if they aren't Dem, a whacko progressive, mentally ill anti-social, anarchist, etc..
Government employees typically want more for themselves at.the expense of other people which is a.conflict of interest. Maybe gov employees shouldn't be allowed to vote in my world? Yes. That's how it should be.[This message has been edited by sourmash (edited 09-30-2021).]

Oh yes, I am a big fan of socialism where we form a government to protect borders and establish courts to settle disputes. That is enough socialism for me.

what ever your side does like to limit who votes to VERY disturbing degree
and is proud of a long tradition of doing so
land owners to pole taxes and lit tests of course we do not want felons to vote or the homeless ect
