If they were selling that hot, there would be no back-log. I do know in the rental market there are a lot of units sitting empty, not because the owners/companies can't find suitable tenants, its because nobody will pay what they want for it, and they would rather let them sit empty or use them for storage space than to take a bit less. Some of these people are just nuts. 4-5 years ago there was a guy an hour north trying to sell a 1/2-done reno double-wide (gutted, now you finish it) for 50k, I looked at it as a maybe and it was junk. He is still trying to sell it, but wants 90 now. HUH ? If nobody would give you 50, what the HELL makes it worth 90 ? Some of these people really need to give their head a shake or 3.
