So much more refreshing than the usual youtube drivel that is posted all over the web.
And just think. That one has been around since the early 1700s and is still repeated and listened to by countless #s of people around the world, for 3 centuries!
(where will all the pewdiepie types be in 300 months, much less 300 years?)

(13 weeks--Can't wait for the next one willie)

Oh Yes.

This should be a good thread.

Will Mussorgsky's Night On Bald Mountain make the list?

Certainly Saint-Saƫns' Danse Macbre will make the list......or is it Lizt ?

I'll be following with much interest.

Excellent!!

but 2 things, on the visual side.
The muscian with the French horn at 8:43 looks a lot like Major Winchester from M.A.S.H TV series and the girl playing the cello immediately afterwards looks angry as a ball of hornets.. Just intense concentration I assume.

She is a Welsh astrophysicist and all of the pieces she plays are her own compositions.

Does she write them in a lab while magnetically tunneling or does she just "big bang" them out as the alternate universe muse strikes her ?
