Anyone who believes he belongs there is just as addled as he is.
As I have said before, the most troubling part of this is that we all know it is a lie, they know that we know and they don't care. Lately, the tone of Biden and Psaki has changed to "Sit down, shut up. We will tell you what to do."

"The Daily Mail reported Biden's 36 years as VP claim came while he was telling a story about an encounter with an Amtrak conductor "for the fifth time
– even though the man in question was already dead at the time the chat was supposed to have taken place."
This familiar "story" is that Biden encountered Angelo Negri and they chatted about Biden's traveling two million miles by rail.
Biden repeatedly has claimed the chat happened in 2015, even though Negri retired from Amtrak in 1993 and died in 2014.
The report said Biden earlier told the story in October 2020, in April 2021, in June 2021, and in September of last year.[This message has been edited by randye (edited 10-22-2021).]

The Daily Mail is not exactly the most reliable place to get news but I don't doubt for a second that their version is pretty close, if not spot on.
