I kinda feel like this is a pivotal moment in human history.
REALLY wish there was an alternative to only one huge company creating this VR "Second Life 2.0"
Wish this "Metaverse" was decentralized. Not great that if "they" want, they can brick your goggles or cut you off.
Might not seem like its so important, but it kinda is, I think.
like those who owned horses and laughed at the cars...
only in this case one company makes all the cars and can remotely remove your key, and also can fudge with your wallet and ability to travel anywhere or communicate effectively.

It's ironic that a generation that is so absorbed in social media is also proving to be one of the most social skills inept and antisocial generations.
They don't need a new place to hide from the reality of life.
