About the only point made in that video I could see being a reasonable idea was making federal elections a federal holiday but, the caveat is, we need to eliminate a couple of other holidays to make it happen. I would propose President's Day first. There may be others to consider.
Other than that, it's pretty much a bill. There are very very few legitimate reasons one isn't able to vote and those are covered by already existing absentee voting rules.
