After a 22-month investigation involving the Manhattan DA's office, two of the three men who served long prison terms for the 1965 assassination of Malcolm X have been legally exonerated of the crime. One of the two newly exonerated men is deceased, but the other man, Muhammad Aziz, age 83, stood before a judge earlier today in a New York City courtroom to receive his exoneration.

This is just a cursory report--the link here--but the other news coverage that showed up serendipitously during the last 24 hours, presenting itself at my ears and before my eyes, makes me wonder if there is another shoe yet to drop. Or is the case now so "cold" that nothing more can be said about it with any certainty?
