Biden-Harris Trucking Action Plan to Strengthen America’s Trucking Workforce (Page 1/1)

"Mayor Pete" Buttigieg has been on-air today to tout it. He's the U.S. Secretary of Transportation, in case you forgot.

This is from the official White House website:

FACT SHEET: The Biden-Harris Administration Trucking Action Plan to Strengthen America’s Trucking Workforce

December 16, 2021.

I don't see any good YouTube's or PowerPoint-style visuals about it yet. Aside from this one.

Two reasons. Truckers and former truckers on the Pennock's roster. And an example of the 20th century Socialist Realism movement in literary art, in terms of how I set up the Subject line (title, banner, topic name; what have you) for this forum topic.

Just one more problem that they screw up. Having experience in this industry I can say this administration is not capable of even understanding the problems. Most of witch they caused.

Ultimately it'll be about bringing in foreign workers, a replacement of the American worker.

They have been doing that since NAFTA . The problem is you get what you pay for.

Several of my family drive truck. They are owner operators and have stopped driving across country because regulations change between each state. What is perfectly legal in Ohio will get you fined or arrested in California.
So they have stopped driving across country.
Has anyone looked at what a new truck cost? There are also restrictions on the age of a truck, never mind if its been maintained and can pass inspections if its aged out some states will not let you work there and require you to replace your truck.

But hey lets blame it on Covid and how driving a truck is now full of racists and sexists. That will fix it.

Lets go Brandon
**** you that's why.
