quote | Australia now is compensating COVID-19 vaccine patients for serious adverse events. Australian news reports that the COVID-19 vaccines have led to at least 79,000 adverse reactions. Those patients claiming under $20,000 must provide evidence from their physician. This report appears under the banner "79,000+ Australians Filing Compensation Claims for COVID-19 Vaccine Injuries" but I do not know if that is accurate. What the article actually says is "Australian news reports that the COVID-19 vaccines have led to at least 79,000 adverse reactions."
I have some other references on this.
Suffering directly from a Covid infection, despite having taken the vaccine (whichever one), is not eligible for compensation.[This message has been edited by rinselberg (edited 12-31-2021).]
