Which is exactly why you should be sticking to cash sales at trade shows, in-person meetup, pop-up vending, ect.

Of all my former clients in the food appliance business, you know which ones made the most money ? The guys who bought propane-fired or power-free stuff and stood outside the gates, at the parking lot entrances, nearby corners, ect, selling the popcorn or hot dogs or chestnuts or bagged cotton candy. No fees (apart from street vendor permit), little competition or distraction and no numbers whatsoever of any sort generated.
