That doesn't necessarily please me but, the cases were decided on and for different reasons. The President doesn't have the authority to make the OSHA decision/mandate but, the President and HSA may have the authority to dictate how health care dollars are spent to care for health care recipients. It may be a fine line but, a line it is. Basically, SCOTUS kicked further decisions back down to lower courts. This isn't over yet. There is still a lot to be considered and decided.
