Maybe it's written right to left?
Probably not, but those aren't Arabic numerals, imo. The last thing looks like a backwards J. The character after it looks the same as, or derived from the one after the A character.

no A in far eastern letter/symbols
and that is the only clear letter I see
my guess is a signature letters distorted but linked
as very few have a readable sig
