On his first day in office he signs nine executive orders and fires the entire parole board. How can this be.

I have no logic or reason for placing this here... but I think I need to watch this movie again...

At least he's a man of his word. Everything he's done so far is positive.

While Gov. Younkin may be able to order the subject out of the classroom, he cannot control the teachers in how they present their subjects. A socialist (left leaning) teacher is still a socialist and will spin lectures to model their beliefs. Parents and School Boards must stay alert and observe. But admittedly, the same is true of far-right leaning teachers.
Emphasis needs to be placed back on Reading, Writing, Arithmetic and Sciences. There's a reason the US, it's education system and the end resulting student lack many basic and upper-level education.

But..but, but... what about the band?
Remember, without the band, it's just a game.

So there is a man who will drain the swamp after all. I thought it was just an election applause line.

Yes it is possible to oust bad people, it just takes the support of the electorate. Sounds simple, but the electorate doesn't seem to agree on exactly who the bad people are. They keep reelecting them and or people who keep appointing them.
The thing about bad politicians is that they don't just pop up out of nowhere like weeds and then take over. They get elected or appointed by somebody and just fester.
Bottom line, voters don't only vote for swap creatures but they actually like having them there. So a politician can come in and clean up a little but without the help from voters, the politician can only do so little. They call it balance? I guess one person's swap creature is another person's hero

Well the plug appears to have been loosened a bit.... The top staff investigator for the House Jan. 6 panel was fired from his position at the University of Virginia by the state's new GOP attorney general.
