New rear-engined V10 Batmobile revealed - UPDATE

Being an Aussie site, there's some rather interesting cars mentioned there that we in North America have never seen. I'm not wanting to sidetrack this thread, but as soon as I saw this LX Torana pictured in a blurb about another article at fierosound's link, I thought... "That's a Chevy Vega with a different nose!" Turns out I was right, more or less.

A good article Here about this car.

I miss AusFiero's posts. He was frequently speaking of the Australian car industry, Holden especially.

Definitely more than Charger "styling" ... they literally built this off a Charger. But I suppose that's OK... they're for sale, and anyone can do what they want. I do hate to see a classic car chopped up for movies.

Never the less, it is cool.

Pretty cool car.

The Lil' Wide Track and the Formula editions were two of the best looking cars of that platform, way better than the Phoenix in my opinion. A lot of people dropped in SBCs, while some put in V6s.
