Looking for a solo seat (Page 1/1)

OK so my "plan A" didnt quite pan out, and I am now on the hunt for a bobber-style solo seat , but bass-ackwards.

The frame it is going on is high in the back and low in the front, meaning I need one with the hinge and spring swapped end-for-end.

Has anybody heard of such a beast, or should I go to a psyc ward for even thinking about it ?? !

Amazon or ebay got nothing that I can find, and NOPE I dont want a cafe-style seat. Already got one of those.

That sloped lower frame rail is what I am trying to work with

Most of those solo seats just bolt on with either studs or threaded holes in the seat pan. Just buy a seat and make your own bracket however you like.

You can find cheap ones for $25-30, or hit up a local swap meet and you can probably buy one for $5.

Step ahead of ya, on my way out today to pick up some 1.5" 90-degree EMT to make a new sub-frame to hold it.

Alligator-skin seat is 50 bucks on Amazon.

Found this one this morning and saw how he solved the problem
