Have you tried going back and EDITing your message?
That's when the title with double quotation marks may become truncated.

Oh wait... if you hadn't already tried that, my message makes that impossible. I mean, after my first message was accepted, you wouldn't be able to do anything (I think) that could cause the Topic name to be changed in any way.
