Based on the video, that was a very weak flash/bang! If you are going to take the trouble to do things right to deter criminals and risk some prosecution, use a real flash/bang since the potential legal ramifications are the same.

Is NOPD new Orleans or is this somewhere else? I support the actions. Actually I think capital punishment for crimes of this nature.
