IMHO, catching/snagging it would not be the issue. Controlling it after catching it might be though.

Reminds me of dogs that chase cars. Always wonder what they thought they would do if they actually caught one.

Those bastard aren't afraid of anything. They don't fly away. If you come close, they just stare at you. If you stop moving, they come over to see if you are still alive.

It makes them easy photography subjects.

All I can say is, you apparently haven't chased one in a helicopter. They are not real agile (in flight) but, they definitely don't appreciate or like the whop, whop whop of a helicopter on their ass.
