Really enjoyed it. First movie in a loong time where I heard multiple people say they were eager to watch it again.

If you liked the first one, you will likely like this one as well.

I didn't realize they were all actually flying in the planes. (not piloting them, but still, that's pretty neat).

Saw it, thought it was a good movie, almost as good as the original. I'm thinking all the hype about how great it was may have left me with higher expectations.
Would I see it again, sure. Just as soon as it comes out on cable. I might be influenced by that fact that my popcorn won't cost me $10.00 for a medium size bag.
Yeah, I know. I didn't have to buy the popcorn.

Isn't it strange that after a bombing, everyone blames the bomber, his upbringing, his environment, his culture, his mental state but … after a shooting, the problem is the gun.........

I didn't see the first one, but my wife filled me in on the background. I really enjoyed this one and would see it again. The fact that they were willing to film real scenes in this world of computer generation impressed me.

I was optimistic by the sources of some of the positive reviews - some that admitted they REALLY wanted to not like it but they did. The original was an 80's movie. Not easy to both capture the magic of that era and also have it work in 2022... There are aspects of it which are "thin", but they were also kinda the same way in the first one. There were a few "convenient situations" but I'm not gonna nitpick.

Watching the first one as a kid, I enjoyed it. Watching it again after becoming a dad, some scenes hit "different".

Decent entertainment.
