When this bridge was opened, the very first comment I made was "watch how quick the ghetto street trash ruin it". And I was right. I love how the city is trying every measure to add deterrents except the most important one, have a fleet of officers stationed on either end of the bridge and use any means necessary to end this crap.

They had an opening day party that lasted 2 days, they forgot to tell everyone it was over. Put a toll booth on it and charge for cars.
The biggest problem is the foot traffic. If it looks like you can walk or climb on it then someone is going to climb on it.
