Todd's opinions:
Police should never be used in a civil case, unless ordered to by a court - this Sherriff should be relieved of his duties, at least based on my opinion.
Also, I don't care if this guy is a minister, if he made commitments to provide a vehicle by a certain amount of time, then he needs to make good, or make the customer happy.
