As much as I loved watching the Munsters, we were more of an Addams Family household.
Munsters, cool as they were, were freakish looking people, trying to fit in with the normal world.
The Addams' were normal (kinda) looking people who told the normal world to buzz off.

Munsters came from Leave it to Beaver roots and were blue collar family.
Addams were ultra rich.
