Wasn't there a Bugs Bunny cartoon where a city's 'Welcome' sign had a counter showing the number of people shot this week?? Chicago needs signs like that on all the major entry points. Apparently Chicago and Illinois at large have gotten the kind of government they voted for. Al Capone, eat your heart out.
