Anyone listing a vehicle sale in NJ on FB CL etc and mention Deleted Emissions is likely to have same problem. This likely can include Very Old Cars w/ Deleted Cat's, EGR and other items. Maybe affect cars sold w/ Antique and other Special Tags because the "rules" to have them often requires all Emissions Equipment intact and working even tho those Tags don't require E-testing..

Florida was doing the same, I don't know if they are still as strict but if you were caught with illegal modifications they would take and crush your car. Mostly to make a point with the street racers.
