No, not the ones in office
I have to do some "grafting" of steel tubes. First choice would just be a weld-it type thing, but I cant do that here.
What I have is some oval tube with various brackets welded to it I'm cutting off of one frame, splitting the oval in 1/2 so I have the needed bracket on a "C" chapped piece, then overlaying it on another frame, through-drilling and bolting it in place.
I dont have room for separate clamps and drill guide, one tool has to do both functions.
Before I go an re-invent the wheel designing and printing something to do the job (guide and hose-clamps probably), has anybody used something like this ? Ideal would be along the lines of slip-joint pliers (Or vice grips) with a "V" jaw to center on the tube and guide hole in it. No wider than about 1-1.5 inches. Thats all the room I have.

Maybe file a notch in one jaw of a vice grip. Something to lay the drill bit in.
Or use a spring loaded punch to make a dimple to set the bit into?

Already printed out a guide. It worked.
What I really needed was a clamp-on drill press to get both sides aligned properly. But, this did the job.
