small mini excavator or Bobcat rubber treads should be easy to come by.
People give them away here to get rid of them cost free for others to make flowerbeds or raised garden plots out of.
They cost a lot to get rid of at a tire recycling place.

Let me give a couple of ideas.

The unicycle would benefit from a few gyroscopic stabilizer rotors, fuel injection ecu, real time velocity sensors.

Yeah, so Google sent me a "Policy violation" message due to the image posted by Jake Dragon. Meaning, ads will not appear on this page anymore. Since I kinda expected this to happen, I made a screen shot of this page before Google disabled ad serving. It shows Google's hypocrisy.
