This is so great, the narrator in this film is awesome. It's an old WW2 movie about how to fight tanks. If you don't want to watch all 13 minutes, then at least watch the first minute. This guy is awesome... I wish they made videos like this today.

It takes a full 43 seconds for the action to even start!

I believe this old film has been linked to here previously. MJ?

This is great footage. What a character. drinkin' a beer, smokin', some great quotes...

"You're playin' on a big team, soldier, and you got lots of stuff workin' for ya..."

"when he comes within throwing distance, buy him a drink..."

Imagine being a soldier, watching this in '43...
Thanks for sharing

What were you looking for when you found that gem ?

Speaking of tanks, I worked with a tanker, non military duty, about ten years ago. Army. I don't remember the details. His fellow tankers were hanging out ...

... at a drinkin place where you could still smoke. There were also helicopter heros there. The great quotes, were probably brag a docious. There were some helicopter proud men there. Yeah, it turned into a contest. The tankers got a ride on a 'copter and were put through a "hell ride'. Not to be outdone, the 'copter' people got a 'hell ride' in a tank.

I wish I could have been on them both, .
