It seems I am now looking for a set of folding foot pegs/boards that can be locked in either the up or down position. AND with a clamp-on type mounting system of SOME sort. I have a couple sets around but they are all thru-bolt type, plus only fold in a crash. Spring loaded down.

Here is why and where I need to mount them. I need to mount them in the circled area to clear the floor so there is room for Kim to put the pet carrier. She refuses to pull the trailer with it and there is no room for both a carrier and feet, as we found out yesterday.

The frame there is only 1" square tube, plus the plastic flooring and mat. 2" c-type clamp should be plenty. I am not real happy with the idea of poking a hole through in that spot. PLUS it is already 25 wide. Much more and it wont be fitting through doorways when needed....

SO, I need something that exists I dont know about, or can modify, that clamps on AND folds/locks up when not in use AND configured so the peg is on the top, not side, of the "c" on the clamp.

Anybody know of something before I have to go all mad scientist with time I should be using elsewhere ? I've been all over Amazon and couldnt find anything.

Whole idea might or might not work due to width and leg spread, but its worth a try.
