Wow, I love where the rear brake calipers and rotors are located! Would cut down considerably on unsprung weight.

I had never heard of TVR automobiles until I watched this video just a couple of weeks ago. There's apparently all sorts of interesting cars we don't get to see (much of) in North America.

I always really liked the TVRs.....Neat cars that are "Outside the box"....My favorite auto video of all time is a comparison test from Fifth Gear TV show of two TVRs...

Almost looks like the rear end from an old Jaguar.

That's a good image of inboard brakes. It's such a great concept!

I'm STILL trying to wrap my head around that.

I'm having difficulty.

There was a large gathering of TVR's at a Culvers in Jackson MI, a club out for a drive and a bite.
Nice folks, talked with a few enthusiastic owners...much like Fiero people.

I would drive one.

I used to lust after a Tasmin, in the late 80s. Although, at the time, they were pretty much unobtainium, without the internet, and all. Had to settle for my '85 GT.
The article mentions German with a Ford powertrain. I always thought they were British.
