This is gross. And the way it is currently written, this line means ANY "computer" (or microcontroller):
"FOR PURPOSES OF THIS SECTION, "THREE-DIMENSIONAL PRINTER" MEANS A COMPUTER OR COMPUTER-DRIVEN MACHINE OR DEVICE CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A THREE-DIMENSIONAL OBJECT FROM A DIGITAL MODEL."

I'm not really familiar with 3D printers, but could it mean that some printers are stand-alone units with built-in computer and others are accessory attachments to a computer, like a 4-in-one fax/printer/copier?
