Are they now owned by a Chinese Co like NewEgg? That's why many now have warranty & worse problems covered by Gamers Nexus & others. ------------------

Wow Summit has been my go to for years once I got back into muscle cars. Only time I had an issue with getting something was when I bought an Edelbrock AVS 750 carb. As it turned out, it was an Edelbrock issue. Looks like they are still privately held but maybe I can get our controller to run a D&B on them. Jegs is now owned by Greenbriar Equity.

That does suck... I used to use them all the time. On the occasion that I do buy computer-specific things, I tend to go there first though... so they likely have the market cornered for that. I always wondered if they were related to the old "Egg Head Software" store...

I’ve bought a few things from both Jegs and Summit….tires, plasma cutter, alt. brackets, calipers and other doo dads. Never had a problem. Always received product within three days..
