I hate it when you have a computer, you use it for certain tasks, and you just want it to act like a toaster, but Microsoft updates it and then eventually "breaks" things. or disables the thing you use the toaster for.
Sometimes, I'll just keep the "toaster" offline, and its not an issue. But It's REALLY frustrating when Microsoft decides to 'kill' something, and then you're SOL.
A few of my musician friends have had this happen a lot over the years, where their audio hardware becomes obsolete/inoperable after an update. Rolled them back and then take the machine offline usually resolved the issue. But Microsoft has recently "casually" disabled Gamebar, which was a 'quick and dirty' way I used to capture screen activity as a video. There have been times when I needed to do this for a meeting, and now that option is gone. Kinda frustrating.

Recently they updated the Microsoft "Pictures" program....now the "next" or "back' buttons are actually in the photo you are viewing...Every so often, when I have enlarged a pic and am trying to move the pic to look at some detail, it then goes off through all of my pictures- I liked the way it was originally- the next and back buttons were down on the control bar...
Remember how back in school we used to shove the nerdy kids down in mud-puddles? They all became programmers and this is how they are getting back at us! (Actually, I was a bit of a nerd myself in school- although on weekends I was out waterskiing and driving a jetboat...)

Yeah, that's annoying. Maybe they made that change due to touchscreens...

I have to agree with Willie,
Gnu / Linux is the way to go.
Been rocking on Linux Mint for about 6 years now on both laptop and desktop.
I do keep Win10 on my laptop on dual boot for doing my income taxes, but that is all I use it for.
Not ever going back to Microsoft on anything.
