I'm a couple days late, because I didn't see this thread until now.

I posted this on another forum; I've had this flag in my possession for a bunch of years. I finally found a way to hang it up so I can get a picture of it without it dragging on the ground. It's huge! Apparently it was a gift from my mom's great-grandfather, Dec. 1942, so it is extra cool being genuine WWII vintage. I think it is made of wool.

Now THAT is cool. Very nice. Tammy's dad was a veteran. We've still got his flag in its case. (My sister has my dad's.)
We've had a flag on the front of our house for probably a couple of years now. Ever since we moved and got the dust settled, here.

OTOH, I missed the holiday completely.
