Who needs a car, or even a drone to stand on, just strap this on your back!

Spoke with her a few weeks ago, and saw the remains of that thing...I think she referred to it as her 'suicide machine"... heh

The video was inspirational. Thanks for posting.

I also liked the music and the fact that she included the musicians in the credits.

(and that it was done with Kdenlive on Debian)

Thanks for this reply -I didn't watch it (am watching it now) - But THIS is why I LOVE Makerfaires so much. You hang out with folks like THIS. Her and her husband were SO nice. and then, in the next booth, MORE awesome Makers! and then... another booth and EVEN MORE!!!

I came over to see her Blimpdrive and then noticed the phone (a friend of mine was OBSESSED with that project) and was like ..wait. YOU are the one who invented that thing?!?

Looks interesting although I'd feel safer with a paraglider.

To me, the flying machine was only a small part of the story.

I saw it as a sort of "follow your dream" story of innovation and perseverance, a bit like the lady who created Adafruit.

With some nice music.

Who can name the movie?
