Cliff, I recently watched a movie that was supposedly based on true facts about a city in your country and the effort by the Allies to liberate it. I can't remember all the names/locations but, I wonder if that city/your country in any way celebrates the liberation or the day that liberation occurred? The importance of this city had to do with a nearby sea inlet that would allow the Allies to bring in larger ships with troop, tanks, artillery and other cargo.
