As in your country, the USA has laws against anyone making terroristic threats. You will be arrested and put in jail for this. Since the internet is under government control/oversight; at the very least report this incident to the F.B.I. as an internet threat. I'm sure that the man will be entertaining a visit that he won't be proud of.
As in any venture, there becomes a good side and a bad side. Its unfortunate that when you try to do somethign positive, there is always someone trying to put you down. The guy making the threats to you is obviously an idiot. If he operates like this and continues making online threats to people, he will end up in prison and it won't be for 90 days. Its your choice what you wish to do, but we won't tolerate this type of thing here.
