LOL. You are such a horrible troll roger. Make a thread, and then try to talk about something else rather than the topic you made. Typical.

NOTHING in DC goes fast, despite Trump trying his best. Every step he takes forward, democrats kick back 2. He wanted it done as one of the first tasks, along with keeping illegals out. Liberals are fighting every stage of everything they can as hard as they can. There even fighting issuance of parking passes at the Capitol for new members of Congress saying seniority should get preference. Heaven forbid a new republican representative gets a closer spot to the door.

Trumps cabinet is because he hasn't presented the paperwork...its his fault. And if the democrats are stopping a healthcare plan, why hasn't that plan been released yet?
Stuff doesn't move slow in Washington just "because", its the negotiations and votes that take time. We are not even at that stage with the ACA replacement yet..

NSA/CIA/FBI/etc… have ability to make a request for a wiretap, but it must be approved by a judge. If any wiretap was approved by FISA, then it means Trump was suspect in crime of one of those agencies.

BULLCRAP
You need to stop trying to glean your miniscule understanding of "things legal" from leftie blogs. They don't have any better grasp of 50 USC 1801, et seq. than you do.
FISA evades the regular federal court process, by not allowing regularly, Constitutionally appointed federal judges and their magistrates to authorize surveillance the Fourth Amendment would otherwise forbid. Instead, the Chief Justice handpicks the FISA court members, who have shown an exceptional deference to the executive branch.

OH OK. Now you're a lawyer too. No. MAKING THINGS REALLY BIG AND BOLD DOESN'T MAKE YOU ANY MORE CORRECT.
The facts may elude you, due your hyper-partisan beliefs, but even still, the President cannot order such surveillance. Stop getting your information and "legal things" from right wing conspiracy blogs. They don't have any better grasp of 50 USC 1801, et seq. than you do.

Trump tower may or may not have had a wire tap, but the Russian embassy always did.

From one of your sources.
quote | Former Attorney General Michael Mukasey on Sunday said that President Trump is likely correct that there was surveillance on Trump Tower for intelligence purposes, but incorrect in accusing former President Barack Obama of ordering the wiretapping. |

So once again, the president is lying.

Your a joke man. My thread, ill put what I want in it. Im on topic as much as your pitiful crap will allow.
I just watched an interview from the NY DAs Office. Obumas FBI made a request for a warrant for all phone and email access to Trumps Campaign in June 2016, relating to its contacts with Russian bank and financial institutions. That request was turned down. In October, the request for the warrant was amended to remove Trumps name from the warrant, and a FISA judge and court granted that warrant in regards to Trumps campaign workers in October. The DA says that request to FISA has to be thru the Attorney Generals Office, which in turn would have had to have some contact with the White House. So if Obuma and the AG office did not technically make the request themselves, they MUST have had knowlege of the whole thing for it to get to a FISA judge. FISA granted the warrant for all phone and email data from Trumps campaign.
your turn...
