They bear a striking resemblance to West Coast Fiero's mounts.

Hey there Purple

I was wondering about those there in relation to the poly mounts. I specifically didn't get / order / want to use the poly mounts, due to the overwhelming majority that said that there was a good ammount of "bucking" at low speeds when the 5 speed manual was used.

Do these mounts cause these issues as well or are they more "giving" than the poly, yet more ridged than the stock mounts?

Yes, but hopefully they fit better... just spent the whole day redoing my mounts I ordered from west coast fiero. They must have monkeys making their stuff because not a single hole was in the correct location and the rear tranny mount had to be completly reconstructed.

my recommendations will be to buy these mounts frompurple reign...

dont NOT give west coast your business.

will you sell just the engine braket that connects the block to the poly mount for a 3800sc conversion?

I couldnt answer that with a definitive answer..............................but I will tell you my opinion, there isnt much give with these, they are very rigid.

I BOUGHT A SET OF WEST COAST MOUNTS, AND AFTER A LOT OF SWEAT MAKING THEM FIT...............THEY FAILED MISERABLY. THE FRONT MOUNT TO THE LOWER URETHANE MOUNT FOLDED OVER LIKE A PAPER CLIP AS SOON AS THE MOTOR WAS MOUNTED ?????!!!!!!!!!!! THE RIGHT SIDE REAR TRANS MOUNT, BENT AT THE ATTACHING FLANG TO THE ADJACENT URETHANE MOUNT TO THE FRAME ??????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

After 2 of 3 mount failures, I pulled them & redesigned them using thicker material, changing press brake points to weld points etc. etc. making them much stronger & more rigid.
