I received this wheel today and it is a refab on a Camaro or Firebird wheel with Black stitching which looks horrible. The guy who I bet is on here is arguing that he did not deceive me and he refuses to take it back. I wanted it for the Prototype as mine is getting gooey. He states almost new and tells me it is from the Fiero store and that I am stuck with it.. He just now told me to take it up wiht the Fiero store. I honestly can not believe how some folks act.
Did I miss something in this ad that mislead me to think it was a new out of box with 1000 trailer miles on it???? Now I have to go thru EBay, Pay Pal and my credit card company just to get this corrected. Rick

Looks like a fiero wheel from the pic. It says it is a fiero wheel. Then you have been decieved.

Looking at the picture the first thing I thought was, "Huh that looks like one of the Fierostore wheels." Guess it was. I've read similar reviews of the Fierostore wheel in the archives, which is why I bought a good used one. He probably thought the same thing you did when he saw the black stitching, got nowhere with Fierostore, and decided to take a loss and get rid of it and buy another used one. It sucks that he did that but I'm sure he left out 'black stitching' and 'Fiero Store' on purpose. ------------------

I tried to enlarge the image in PS and still couldn't tell what the stitching looks like. From the picture it looks like something that I would buy if I was looking for that. I'm not sure what you mean by the prototype, but if you need a Fiero steering wheel to work with, I have an extra one you can have to play with.

It is for this 25,000 mile beauty that the top has started to get gooey. It honestly needs a nice hard correct wheel and I appreciate the offer but I have to ask is it solid and not solid or nice and firm? Rick B

Here is the Fiero stores ad which is a legal statement making sure it states REPRODUCTION as if they posted it like it was on EBay the Fiero store would get sued for misrepresentation if they didnt refund all monies and they know this. I guess in the Hobby & collecting world the seller does not understand fake or orignal mean allot and need to be stated. Ebay clearly will go after you for that. Rick

Like I told you I don't want to start a war over this steering wheel, all I asked was for you to show me how I did not describe this correctly and you start talking about lawyers. If you read the listing on ebay I stated this was a used steering wheel, almost new I stated I bought it to replace my worn unit and it had about 1yr and 1000 miles on it. I trailer it most of the time and its stored inside or trailered, you bashed me on that also. You tell me this is a camero wheel and I told you it was bought new from the fiero store even gave you the part number, you still bash me. I feel the only thing I left out on the listing was the store I bought it at, as I didnt want people to know how much I paid for it. I never listed it as a new, oem, or nos part all I stated was it was almost new ( thats used) steering wheel for a Fiero ( not oem or nos) . I see you feel I did not do you right so I will tell you what I will do. I will let the forum vote if they want to help with this and come up with a fair deal. I wll be at the hall show with my car in the trailer that you say I dont use bringing the club sign that I brought from the Auburn show I had my trailer at. Like I said.. I wanted to be fair but you bought it and never asked a question about it as I would have told you.. Vince

Wow do you lie. I asked twice for my money stating what was wrong then mentioned two of my friends who were lawyers looked if over and felt you were wrong. Guess I have to put it below to show how you are not telling the truth. I hate putting the messages up but it will clearly show how hard you are to deal with and how you refused any help for me. I just received the steering wheel and it is not a Fiero nor is it new. There is black stitching showing it was recovered. The back side has indentations for griping and this came on the Camaro or Firebird not the Fiero. I would like to return it for a refund as it is not as described. Please let me know. If you look at what I stated in the listing. I said it's almost new, I bought it to replace my worn steering wheel. This is for a Fiero I bought it from the Fiero Store. I never stated that it was a OEM unit or that it was a new unit. This box I shipped it in was from my new black steering wheel I bought from the Fiero Store that I have on my car now.. I don't see where I did anything wrong to misslead you and don't feel a refund is in order. Thanks

This is not a Fiero wheel and the stiching is black. Please do not make me take this further as you know this is not correct. You were very misleading as it only had 1000 miles on it and those were trailered. I would like a refund please. Please do not make me have to take this further adn be honest. Rick B

By the way Almost New means just that and not refurbished as this is and incorrectly and on a Camaro frame and with the completely incorrect stitching color.. NO FIERO had finger indents on the back side. Rick

Everything I stated is correct.I bought the steering wheel from the fiero store part number 75003 the car was driven to 3 car shows and was pulled off the road for a ground up restore. The white box is from the new black steering wheel I bought from the Fiero store also, with the part numnber 75006. I'm sorry you were looking for an OEM unit. If you would have asked me I wood have told you it came from the Fiero Store as I did to those who asked me before they bought it. If you look at my feedback I dont play games and list my products correctly. It looks to me you read more into the listing than I had stated. I dont want to have to take this further also but I dont see why I should eat it because you didnt read the listing and ask questions before you bought it. I listed this as a almost new steering wheel for a fiero gt and thats what it is. I bought it to replace my worn unit as stated and thats what I did I bought it from a the fiero store. I also stated it has about 1000 miles on it and its stored and trailered. Now I cant prove it has about 1000 miles on it but I do have a 24' enclosed trailer its stored in and trailered.. I never stated it was anything more.. Now I'm sure we'll see eachother at one of the Fiero events and I dont want bad blood but you make it sound like I was trying to rip you off and thats not true. Maybe you should contact the Fiero store to see if that is the correct wheel they sell for the replacement. I hope we can work this out but you cant push this all on me.

Ok I see I have to take it to the next step. You refuse to take this back and it is not as stated. I had Eric **** a Lawyer and Ken **** another Lawyer I know look into this and they agree I am correct. Almost new is just that and this is a redone wheel that was done wrong. That is your fault and for trying to pawn it off on someone. Your game of 1000 miles and trailered was a shell game. You full well know this is not a NEW wheel nor a Fiero with the finger indentions on the back. You also full well new the stitching was Black and no wheel in brown should have this as it is very ugly. This wheel is for a one of a kind Prototype that has been in a few magazines and Gary Witzenbergs book { page 86} and this wheel is not fit for it nor any Fiero for that matter.

Ok, I am a fair and straight forward guy and if you want to talk lawyers then I'm done talking to you and I'll wait for your legal staff to contact me. Like I told you, look it up on the
Fiero store website or call them, it list it as a new steering wheel to replace the Gt or Se wheel. I never really looked at the threads or even researched the design but I never stated this as a nos or oem wheel you keep coming back at me like I did. You show me that I did not correctly describe this wheel and we have something to work out. I know the history of the wheel and if you dont belive me well, I cant help that. If you review my past sells if an item is new, nos or oem I list it. First off I listed this as a used listing, I said its almost new. That tells you its not new its used or very good condition as in almost new. Show me where I did you wrong and I will make it right but I dont see it.

It is a Remanufactured wheel to which you never made note of. Fiero store cleary states REMANUFACTURED REPRODCUTION to which you did not. They know they would be legally responsible for stating almost new. But you did now, many time tell me this and told me to take it up with them then told me to bad. If you want to start posting our ebay emails I can pull out yours. I feel I did not do you wrong you say I did. What are we in the school yard after school or what. True I did not state that this was a reproduction and truthfully I really didnt remember it was.. but I also never said it was oem or noz or new. I'm done with you but the last chance is on this forum If they think I did you wrong then I will take care of you, if they say I did not then were done and quit slamming me. The only problem I see is that you read more into the ebay listing and jumped on it before anyone else did, never asked a question or thought about it. First you were mad it was not new, then it was a camaro wheel then stiching and finger gribs now it reproductions. You need to ask the questions first then buy and dont read something into the listing thats not there. I will do whats fair on a vote in this forum as you brought it in here now it must end here.
